Hi everyone. Just to update you on what we have done on the 24th October 2009. Everyone had flu injections and was briefed of time and date of our departure and arrival in Singapore and in Shanghai and also about the winter wear. We will be departing from Singapore on 3rd December 2009 at 0115h and arrive Shanghai at about 0625h in SQ826. Subsequently, we will be departing from Shanghai on 8th December 2009 at 1350h and arrive Singapore at about 1925h in SQ831. Time to report over at Changi Airport Terminal 3 on 2nd December is at 9pm.

On the 9th of September 2009, Cohort 5 went to Furama for a visit. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to attend due to exams in the morning but our Chinese members definitely enjoy their lunch over at Furama. This is because our Malay members are fasting so they cannot eat from dawn to twilight. Our Malay members then decided to go and have a round of billiard.

Back to CDC, we had our mock pitch. My company was represented by our GM and AGM, Lavinia and William respectively. Though both companies did not finish up the entire PowerPoint slides, it was definitely a job well done by both companies in a glimpse of time.

Hello people,
you guys need to update this place too you know... there are so many authors...
okay on saturday...

i reached the CDC at 9.45...5 mins ahead of the timing stated in the house rules set the previous week.
only 11 people of the 24 that turned up were early...(from cohort 5 that is)
and then we conducted our temperature taking exercise and proceeded to the boardroom where we settled our administrative stuff.we then proceeded to fill in our D.I.S.C. forms to figure out what were our domineering traits. soon after that we did a assessment on the entrepreneurial world and separated in to our groups of fives and sixes for the MFB marketplace preparatory game.

soon our speaker Mr. Alex came in to give his 1hour long speech and a half an hour Q and A session. after that we had lunch with chairman and a council member. soon after that we ended our lunch session and proceeded to the boardroom to finish up the administrative matters for the day and END!

okay after that the alumni and the current cohort dispersed.

for the upcoming sessions i hope someone from cohort 5 would take up the responsibility and post on this blog =D **jenn make sure of this +_+ **

Hi everyone =D

This is the first post of this blog which was founded by Ms. Jia Xin one of the alumnus following cohort 5 on their trip this year =D
i would like to wish the current cohort 5 on a wonderful trip out of singapore and i truly hope this would broaden you horizons on the globalising world. We hope you would also come back and join the MFBA in our community projects =D

Okay back to topic, for those still schooling in the secondary level, feel free to look up your friendly alumnus should you have any problems coping with your studies or any other things that could be bothering you. we'll be glad to help you in what ever way we can =D we may even lend you a shoulder to cry on so long as you don't soak our clothes =D * or we'll just direct you to some other alumni till someone knows what topic you could be refering to =X *
